• You may exchange fabrics within 3 days of delivery if you are not satisfied with the product.

• Exchanges are not applicable for fabrics below 4 meters.

• For purchases above 4 meters, refunds will be issued as store credit only. Store credit must be used within 6 months from the date of issue.

• The fabric must be unused, unwashed, and returned in its original condition and packaging.

2.⁠ ⁠Damaged or Defective Products (Video Proof Required)

• To claim a return or exchange for damaged or incorrect items, customers must provide a clear unboxing video showing the parcel before and during opening.

• The video must confirm that the damage or defect existed at the time of delivery.
