• All orders are processed and dispatched within 24–48 hours after payment confirmation.
• Delivery usually takes 3–6 business days, depending on your location and courier partner.
• During festivals, sale periods, or unforeseen circumstances (such as extreme weather or courier delays), shipping times may be slightly extended.

2.⁠ ⁠Shipping Charges
• A flat shipping charge of ₹119 applies to all orders below ₹3,999.
• Free shipping is available on orders worth ₹3,999 and above.

3.⁠ ⁠Payment & COD Policy
• Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available.
• We offer a Partial Paid COD option — where 10% of the total order value must be paid online at checkout to confirm the order.
• The remaining balance can be paid in cash to the courier at the time of delivery.
• Orders worth ₹3,999 and above are eligible for prepaid payment only.

4.⁠ ⁠Discounts & Offers
• 5% discount on all prepaid orders.
• 10% discount on all orders above ₹1,999.
• Discounts are automatically applied during checkout or through valid promo codes unless otherwise stated.

5.⁠ ⁠Tracking & Delivery Updates
• Once your order has been shipped, tracking details will be shared via your registered email ID or SMS.
• Please ensure that your shipping information is accurate to avoid any delivery issues or delays.

Return and Refund
We always strive to deliver premium-quality fabrics and ensure complete customer satisfaction. However, if you’re not fully satisfied with your purchase, please review our policy below.

1.⁠ ⁠Eligibility for Exchange
• You may exchange fabrics within 3 days of delivery if you are not satisfied with the product.
• Exchanges are not applicable for fabrics below 4 meters.
• The fabric must be unused, unwashed, and returned in its original condition and packaging.

2.⁠ ⁠Damaged or Defective Products (Video Proof Required)
• To claim a return or exchange for damaged or incorrect items, customers must provide a clear unboxing video showing the parcel before and during opening.
• The video must confirm that the damage or defect existed at the time of delivery.
• Returns cannot be accepted if the product is found damaged after use or if no valid unboxing video is provided.
• Every product is quality checked and video recorded by Fabritale before dispatch for verification.

3.⁠ ⁠How to Request an Exchange / Return

2. Share your order number, reason for return/exchange, and the unboxing video.

4.⁠ ⁠Non-Returnable Items
• Fabrics below 4 meters in length.
• Custom-cut or sale/clearance items (unless damaged on arrival).

5.⁠ ⁠Refunds
• Approved returns are processed as store credit or replacement, depending on product availability.
• Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the issue is due to Fabritale’s error.
