Shipping Info
- Orders are shipped within 24 - 48hrs after being confirmed and delivered within 3 to 7 days depending upon the location.
- Cash on delivery orders are dispatched post call verification.
- Shipment tracking details will be mailed via registered mail id / text message.
- Sometimes delivery may take longer due to bad weather or other
unforeseen circumstances.
Free Shipping
Free shipping for prepaid orders above Rs.1299/- below that Rs.119 will be levied as shipping charges.
Return Policy
In case you did not like the product, you can exchange the fabrics within 3 days from the date of delivery received (not applicable in case of fabrics measuring below 4mtrs )
To be eligible for the return process, customers are required to provide a video recording of the entire unpacking process for damage verification.
Returns will only be accepted if the video confirms that the product arrived damaged. We cannot approve return requests if the product is found to be damaged by the customer, as we also record a video for quality assurance before shipping the product.
